Each guest, upon entering Vines Restaurant is treated to a unique experience of California inspired cuisine and extensive director’s picked list wine. Under the intense focus and guidance of Executive Chef Rolf Rothen, our culinary team skillfully blends the very best of the seasons’ bounty to create a culinary experience unrivaled among the Santa Clarita Valley restaurants.

Join us for Sunday Brunch by following the intriguing aroma from Town Center Drive into a contemporary display of savory flavors. Treat yourself to chilled champagne, a glass of Rose, or Hyatt’s exclusive Canvas Wine while enjoying the delightful selections awaiting you. The tempting elements include freshly prepared omelets, waffles made to order and freshly sliced Prime Rib. Chilled seafood delicacies are paired well with the complimentary champagne and wine.
